There are two ways to access to the dashboard of your support requests:
1- In the Help desk / Issues menu, click on Follow my requests.
You will be redirected to our Zendesk support tool to log-in.
2- by using the link https://thunes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and log-in
On the dashboard, you can flter your requests according to their status.
We recommend you to reply directly to the support emails to ensure a better follow-up.
