Accessing your account statement

You can access your account statement through the Accounts menu you can display:

Options descirption (funds, balance, options):

1. Account balance: The balance actually validated by the system at the time of the query (received by the acquiring bank).

2. Available balance: The balance available for a payout, for example. It is different from the  account balance because some funds may be set  aside for other actions and pending.

3. Waiting for validation: Funds that have not yet been received or validated by the system.

4. Recorded: All the account lines validated by the system.

5. Pending: All account lines awaiting validation or reconciliation.

6.Access to the payment order directly linked to this operation.

7. Validation date: Date on which funds are available
