The ‘Invalid OTP’ error is often shown when the date and time in the device where you have installed the authenticator on does not match with the actual date and time.
To resolve this issue, we recommend letting the device to set the date and time automatically.
- To set the date and time in Windows, go to Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Set time automatically.
- To set the date and time in Mac, go to choose Apple menu > System Preferences > Date & Time > Set date and time automatically.
- To set the date and time in iPhone, go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically.
- To set the date and time in Android, go to Settings > General Management > Date and time > Automatic date and time.
Once the setting is updated, please try scanning the 2FA QR code again to enter the OTP newly generated by the authenticator.
