You can visualize the various types of credit/debit operations on your payment account:

Payment orders & fees:

• Charge – POId=123456789000 – Debit/credit card: Credits your account for the payment order amount. POId corresponds to Thunes reference for this payment order.
• Fee … - POId=123456789000: Charges your account for the marketplace commission.
• Fee Thunes - POId=123456789000: Charges your account for the Thunes commission.

Refunds:

• Refunds - POId=123456789000 – CB: Charges your account for the amount refunded to the customer.

Payouts:

• Payout N°XXXXXXX – your label – FR76 ….: Charges your account for the cash transfer to the bank account for which you have provided us the details (e.g., IBAN, RIB). The amount of the transfer depends on the available balance in your account.
