1- Downloading
Your invoices are available for download from BackOffice.
Simply click on the icon to download an invoice.
2- Invoices are not available for our users
If you see that there is an 'error 400', it means that it's due to a server unavaibility.
- In this case, please notify the core team in the slack chanel collections-core-feedback with a screenshot
They will investigate and try to fix it.
- If it's an invoice issue on our side, please contact Karine, she will contact the accounting team to check if the payment has correctly been realised.
