Two-factor authentication - Enabling , Login & Managenement

To increase security, you can enable two-factor authentication (only available via a mobile app).

First, go to the menu Two-factor authentication.

Then read the instructions and verify that you are eligible.

Proceed to configuration:

In the second step you will be instructed as follows:
• Download the app.
• Scan the QR code or enter the key shown on your app.

• Enter the verification code

After you activate two-factor authentication, BackOffice will provide you with recovery codes.
Be sure to record these codes and keep them in a safe place. You will need them to access your account in case you lose your mobile device or encounter a problem with the app.

Login

When you log in, you will be asked to enter an authentication code in addition to your password.
You receive this code through your mobile app.

/!\It is also possible to “Remember this machine" on your computer and not have to enter the code every time you log in. /!\

This configuration will be valid only for the current browser.

Management

To manage your authentication system, return to the menu:

- Configure or reset your authentication system.
- Forget the current browser (if you clicked on “Remember this machine").
- Disable the current authentication system.
- Or reset recovery codes to receive new recovery codes
